The Kampen Course at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex is a Pete Dye links style layout incorporating vast waste bunkers, wetlands, sand traps, ponds and native grasses along a very rolling terrain. This wonderfully maintained 1/2 star course (Golf Digest) demands length as well as accuracy, and has hosted numerous NCAA championships.
The complex features a full practice facility with putting greens, short game area with sand bunker and a targeted grass range. The Tom Spurgeon Training center is also on property. The clubhouse includes a pro shop, snack area with outdoor patio plus banquet/outing facilities. For a pictorial review of this course, click on the link near the top of this page.
